New Pool Construction in New City, NY

This 18x40 pool is a new gunite pool construction.It has an area of 720sf with an included 12in raised spa capable of seating at least 10 people. Rough plumbing, pipe connections to pad, excavation and project management of rebar and gunite completed by Biosphere. We specialize in all pentair materials. This pool will have the following:

Large spa light, dedicated quiet jet pump from pentair, dedicated air blower for jets, spa side remote, 7 high performance jets, 2 small pentair globrites, 1 large pentair light, variable speed and safety vacuum relief system pump by pentair, pentair heater, pentair salt chlorine generator, pentair filter, pentair booster pump, pentair pressure side cleaner, pentair UV sanitizer, pentair control panel. All lights will be multicolor UL rated.
