Biosphere had the privilege to work with a repeat client from another house on a house they just purchased where we had worked almost 20 years ago! Our client had tried other pool contractors but felt the pools they had designed weren't fitting into the existing grading seamlessly and then required significant walls just to make it work. We minimized walls and maximized usable spaces to create a destination within the backyard that still feels connected with the home.
Our scope included conceptual design, engineering and permit coordination, pool bidding process, project coordination, custom masonry, planting and lighting.
Project duration, once construction started, was approximately 4 months.
